Deze Sparkling white wordt gemaakt op basis van druiven uit verschillende landen van de Europese Unie, waarbij is gezocht naar kwalitatief uitstekende druiven. Voor deze wijn eerst gewoon een witte wijn gemaakt, en daarna wordt de alcohol er uit gehaald. Bij het bottelen wordt koolzuur toegevoegd, om een aangenaam mousserend effect te verkrijgen.
